Care that feels like family — and a home that's properly looked after
Child care and cleaning across West and Greater London. One standard: the standard we would want for our own.
Not sure where to start? Call 07539 535098 and talk it through with a real person. No obligation, no sales script.
Two services. One set of standards.
Child care, care and cleaning are different disciplines with different rules, and we treat them that way — separate teams, separate training, separate registration where registration applies. What they share is how we choose the people who deliver them.

Why families choose Earnest Care
Every care provider says they are caring. Here is what we actually do differently, in terms you can hold us to.
The same faces, every time
Continuity is not a nice-to-have in care - it is the service. We build small, consistent teams around each family so your child knows their key person and your relative knows who is walking through the door.
Vetted properly, not quickly
Enhanced DBS, two verified references, right-to-work checks, a full employment history with gaps explained, and a face-to-face values interview. We turn down far more applicants than we take on.
Trained beyond the minimum
Every carer completes the Care Certificate. Every early years practitioner works to the EYFS. Beyond that we fund specialist training - dementia, SEND, safeguarding lead, paediatric first aid - because the minimum is a floor, not a standard.
You always know what happened
Daily updates you can actually read: what your child ate, played and learned; how your mother seemed today and whether she took her tablets. No portal archaeology required.
How it works
Four steps, no surprises, and you can stop at any point.
-
Tell us what's happening
A phone call or a short form. No sales script, no pressure - just someone listening properly to what your family is dealing with right now.
-
A free assessment visit
We come to you, at home or at the setting, usually within 48 hours. For urgent care we can often do this same day.
-
A care plan you actually agree with
Written in plain English, shared with you before anything starts, and changed the moment it stops fitting. You are not signing up to something fixed.
-
Support that starts - and keeps being reviewed
Your named coordinator checks in during the first week, then formally reviews with you every six weeks. If something is not working, we want to hear it early.
Earnest Care by the numbers

What families tell us
Sample reviews shown for layout. Replace with verified reviews before launch — see the reviews policy in the launch checklist.
“My daughter went from clinging to my leg at drop-off to running in without looking back. Six weeks. Whatever they do in that room, it works.”
Parent, Isleworth
“Dad refused help for two years. Earnest Care sent the same carer every single visit until he decided she was a friend rather than a carer. That patience is the whole thing.”
Son of a client, Richmond
“They called me back in forty minutes on a Sunday and had cover in place by Tuesday morning. After the week we'd had, I could have wept.”
Daughter of a client, Hounslow
Where we work
We cover Greater London, with dedicated local teams and named coordinators in these boroughs. Each has its own page explaining exactly what we offer locally.
Guides worth reading before you decide
Most families arrive at us confused about funding, not about care. These explain the money side properly.
Funded childcare hours explained
15 hours, 30 hours, Tax-Free Childcare and who actually qualifies for what — in plain English, with the current 2026 rules.
