Cleaning is not a regulated industry and most cleaning companies do not DBS check. We do, because the same organisation sends people into homes with children and vulnerable adults in them. The standard does not drop because the job changed.

We understand houses with care needs
Cleaning around a hospital bed, a hoist or a person who is anxious about strangers is a different job. Our cleaners are trained for it because our carers work in the same homes.

Products, equipment, vacuum, cloths. No surcharges, no 'you'll need to supply' list, no extra for the oven unless it is a genuine deep clean.
Keyholding done properly
Signed keyholding agreement, keys coded rather than labelled with your address, logged in and out. Most independent cleaners have no procedure for this at all.
Insured, and it means something
£0m public liability and employer's liability cover. If something is broken, it is covered - which is not true of most self-employed cleaners, however good they are.
