About Earnest Care
A London care company built on one simple test: would we be happy for this person to look after someone we love?
Why we exist
LALEJ Services Limited was founded by Agatha Abu in 2025 on the view that care in London had become something delivered to people rather than with them. Fifteen-minute visits. A different face every day. Carers paid so poorly they could not afford to stay in the job long enough to know anybody.
We build the opposite. Small consistent teams. Visits long enough to do the work properly. Staff employed directly, paid above the minimum and paid for their travel time - because the quality of care a family receives is downstream of how the carer is treated, every single time.
How we are regulated
Child care are both regulated activities, and we take that seriously.

What we believe
Continuity is the service
Not a feature of it. A rota of strangers is not care, however competent each individual stranger may be.
Dignity is non-negotiable
The way someone is spoken to while being washed matters as much as whether they got washed.
Honesty over sales
If we are not the right provider for your family, we say so and try to point you somewhere better. We would rather lose the work.
Pay carers properly
Above the statutory minimum, including travel time between visits. Care quality follows retention, and retention follows pay.
Train beyond the minimum
The Care Certificate and the EYFS are floors, not standards. We fund specialist training on top of both.
Families should not have to chase
Notes after every visit, daily updates from nursery, a named coordinator who answers their phone.
Where we work
Based in Isleworth and working across West and Greater London, with established local teams in Hounslow, Richmond, Ealing, Hillingdon, Hammersmith & Fulham, Kingston, Wandsworth and Brent. Home-based services reach further; call us with a postcode and we will give you a straight answer.
