What families tell us
Reviews from families using our child care services across London.
Where to collect reviews
Three sources matter, in this order:
| Platform | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Google Business Profile | By far the biggest influence on local search ranking and the first thing most families see. Prioritise this above everything else. |
| carehome.co.uk / homecare.co.uk | The dominant review sites for UK adult social care. Families researching home care almost always end up here, and commissioners check them. |
| daynurseries.co.uk | The equivalent for UK childcare settings, from the same publisher. |
How to ask
Ask at the right moment
After a six-week review that went well, or after you have solved a problem for someone. Not at the point of first invoice.
Ask the person, not the inbox
A coordinator asking in person or on the phone converts many times better than an automated email.
Make it one click
Send the direct Google review link by text immediately after the conversation, while it is fresh.
Reply to every review, including the bad ones
A thoughtful, non-defensive reply to a critical review reassures prospective families more than a wall of five stars. Google also counts owner responses as an engagement signal.
Let's talk about what your family needs
A short, no-pressure conversation is usually all it takes to work out the right kind of support. We will be honest with you if we are not the right fit.
