What are your opening hours?

Our office is open Monday to Friday 07:30-18:30 and Saturday 09:00-13:00. Care itself is delivered seven days a week including bank holidays, and there is an urgent care line available outside office hours.

How quickly will you respond to an enquiry?

We call back within one working hour for enquiries received during office hours. Email is answered within one working day. For anything urgent, please call rather than email.

Can I visit before deciding?

For childcare, yes - always, and we would encourage more than one visit. For care, our care manager comes to you for a free assessment, usually within 48 hours and often sooner.
